The race begins as the daylight ends. Runners and walkers, dressed in all manors of costumes, leave from the corner of Dana and Woodburn and head into the Walnut Hills Cemetery. When they emerge at the finish, they find the sky dark, beers cold, food hot and band rocking.

NEW FOR 2009: Chip Timing is Now Available!

For many the most challenging part of Run Like Hell is making sure their costume holds up for 3.1 miles, but there are avid runners in the Tri-State that also participate. We've heard your cries for timing and are proud to announce that this year every runner/walker will have the option of being Chip Timed upon registering! Of course, as one of the most efficient charities, choosing Chip Timing will add a nominal $2 fee You will see the option on-line and on the registration forms. Note: only chipped timed runner will be awarded the winners shirts.

The top 50 men and top 50 women who opted to be Chip Timed will receive a custom designed Run Like Hell finisher technical shirt compliments of Mizuno and Fleet Feet Sports!
